In an eco-friendly initiative, ING invites its customers to receive their account statements and documentation virtually through its communication channels and emails.

The intention behind this is to highlight that this form of communication does not involve cutting down trees to make paper. In other words: “The tree that is cut down to print your account statement is not a real tree.”
