The dodo was a flightless bird from the Indian Ocean — clumsy, slow, and, we assume, delicious.
It went extinct in 1662, never developing the skills to survive.
But what if it had been able to fly? Or run, fight… even talk?

It lived comfortably, without threats — until humans arrived, and all it took was bending down to catch it.
The dodo never left its comfort zone. It never transformed.

The yo-yo, on the other hand, is pure energy in motion: it rises and falls, pauses, spins, and starts again.
It’s inertia, surprise, momentum — a constant cycle of reinvention.
